Jeffrey Guthrie of Charlestown, NH was awarded a $750 Donna D Woodfin/Disabilities Rights Center Scholarship at the Fall Mountain Regional High School Senior Awards' night May 31 2007. Richard Cohen, DRC Executive Director, presented the scholarship to Jeff who will be attending the Claremont Community Technical College next fall to pursue a degree in Law Enforcement. The scholarship fund was established at the time of Donna Woodfin's retirement as Executive Director of the DRC to assist and recognize students with disabilities who plan to attend a postsecondary program of study.

The DRC is New Hampshire’s designated Protection and Advocacy system, and is dedicated to eliminating barriers existing in New Hampshire to the full and equal enjoyment of civil and other legal rights by people with disabilities.
